Learning and development
Learning and Development at mjunction is a continuous process that helps junctionites constantly develop and improve their existing skill sets, leading to enhancement of the core competencies of individuals and that of the organization. It is a major employee engagement tool that has been designed to bring alignment between organization and BU strategy.
Some of the Learning and Development programs aim towards enhancing the soft skills, building capability in sales and marketing, account management, developing word class IT infrastructure and building expertise in the entire value chain of buying and selling in line with requirement as stated in their IDPs. Junctionites also get an opportunity to learn industry best practices by attending various conferences and seminars.
New joinees go through a learning program known as My Learning @MJ, designed as per their Work Levels, to assist them understand mjunction’s culture and work processes better. Their confirmation into the services of the company is dependent on successful completion of this program.
High performers in the organization are encouraged to develop their skills through our Education@Work for High Performers policy. The initiative supports the professional and personal aspirations of junctionites, leading to high performer retention.
