China exports 1.91 mt steel products in Jan

February 12, 2009: Exports of finished steel products stood at 1.91 million tons (mt) for China in January, a fall of 53.8 percent compared to the corresponding period in the previous year.

According to data from the Chinese General Administration of Customs, imports of finished steel products saw a drop of 38.7 percent during January at 0.087 mt (0.14 mt).
