Hindustan Copper net drops
August 12, 2009: Hindustan Copper has announced its un-audited results for the first quarter ended June 30.
It reported a drop in total income to Rs 368.55 crore from Rs 404.07 crore in the comparable quarter last fiscal. Net profit slipped to Rs 22 lakh from Rs 37.24 crore.
During 2008-09, the company had reported a net loss of Rs 10.25 crore.
