Nalco issues 30,000 tons alumina tender: Report
April 26, 2010: State-run National Aluminium Co Ltd (Nalco) has issued a tender to export 30,000 tons of alumina for May delivery, a company source said.
The last date for submission of bids is May 3, the official, who has direct knowledge of the tender process but could not be named due to company policy, said on Monday.
Nalco, the tenders of which serve as an international benchmark, last sold 30,000 tons of alumina for $325.26 per ton free on board in February.
