Apart from the inadequacies prevalent within the supply chain the cumbersome manual selling activity in itself was time consuming, sporadic with long turnaround times, leading to high inventory and logistics problems. And the steel producers were trying their best to address the vast and geographically dispersed market which is largely disorganized, fragmented and transactional in nature. However, with our process in place these problems have been well taken care of.
