CSS a way of life @ mjunction

by encouraging self-sufficiency

There is a growing realisation that long-term business success can only be achieved by companies that recognise Corporate Social Sustainability (CSS) as part of the process of wealth creation. As globalisation accelerates, corporations have progressively recognised that CSS is an integral part of the way they operate, through managing their impact on society and engaging stakeholders. CSS takes place at the level of the individual company, which has to take decisions on priorities, purpose and values, strategy and engagement with its stakeholders.

Says Viresh Oberoi, Former Chairman, ejunction Trust (& Former Managing Director, mjunction services limited), "The future belongs to those who understand that Corporate Social Responsibility is compassionate and enduring; it is imperative for creating an equitable and just social order. Being extremely close to our heart, we will make sure to nurture and foster more lives that are otherwise deprived of financial privileges and the opportunity to further their education, through ejunction."

Students' Speak

In 2012, ejunction came like a blessing in my life and gave me practical experience in writing and replying to emails, communication decorum, presentation skills and the correct body language. It gave me a new lease of life and helped me to get a job in the marketing and communication department of the Bengal National Chamber of Commerce and Industry. I was already 43 years old and had dabbled in a lot of things by then. But ejunction turned the direction of my life.
