With 250 registered customers for Iron Ore selling, we have sold over 20 Million MT of Iron Ore as on date, among which 5 Million MT sold on our platform in FY21. • Issue of Sale Order: We will be responsible in issuing Sale Order to winning
customer(s)
• Collection of Payment : We will be responsible for collection of payment as
per payment schedule
• Issue of Delivery Order: We will be responsible to issuing DO to the
customers
• Refund: We will keep record of the actual delivery and accordingly will
process refund excess amount to the customers in case of short delivery as
per predefined terms.
